Jazzercise
Jazzercise combines elements of dance, kickboxing, resistance training, Pilates, and yoga. Centered on Cardio, Strength and Stretch, it is an effective 60 minute total body workout. Routines and music are changed monthly.


Body Shaping
Body Shaping is designed to tone and sculpt your arms, back, chest, abdominals, buttocks and legs. An intense 50 minute muscle toning workout, it features a creative combination of strength training movements, stretching and music.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a sweaty, aerobic form of yoga. It emphasizes a more vigorous approach to yoga postures and breath control to realign and detoxify the physical body and build up overall muscle strength.
Alignment Yoga
Alignment Yoga gently guides beginners into each yoga pose to build a strong foundation for a safe and effective practice. Recommended for beginners, seniors and those with injuries, it will also relieve stress, balance and strengthen your body.


Flow Yoga
Flow Yoga synchronizes the breath with a progressive series of postures to produce intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. It improves blood circulation, energy flow and creates a light but strong body.
